However, the current philanthropic system fails to meet this need due to bureaucracy and delayed funding disbursements, leaving young people under-resourced and unable to mobilize quickly. By the time they receive funding, the critical moment has often passed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We recognize that the power of youth organizing lies in our ability to change societal attitudes and political will, much of which is catalyzed through in-person connections. The disruption caused by the global pandemic has hindered these vital connections, and we aim to revitalize in-person interactions and provide youth with the resources to reinvigorate their communities.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_column_1_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_7  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et-last-child et_block_column\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_12  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><b>Assembly Grants are rapid response grants designed to address this problem<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
