The Youth Harbour is excited to share with you our first ever Impact Report since the program's inception in 2021! The Impact Report highlights The Youth Harbour's transformative two-year journey in launching a new support system for youth climate activism across so-called Canada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le Havre jeunesse est le projet vedette du Foundation for Environmental Stewardship (FES). Au Havre jeunesse, nous rassemblons des fonds philanthropiques que nous r\u00e9attribuons \u00e0 des mouvements climatiques dirig\u00e9s par des jeunes dans tout le Canada, car les jeunes sont connus comme \u00e9tant le groupe d\u00e9mographique critique qui peut encourager la volont\u00e9 politique de trouver des solutions climatiques au Canada. Au-del\u00e0 de l'aide financi\u00e8re, nous offrons un soutien administratif et technique aux jeunes leaders climatiques afin qu'ils et elles puissent passer de la phase de d\u00e9marrage \u00e0 la phase d'expansion du travail.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Notre objectif est de faire en sorte que d'ici 2030, le mouvement climatique canadien r\u00e9ussisse \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer les strat\u00e9gies d'att\u00e9nuation et d'adaptation n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l'av\u00e8nement d'un Canada r\u00e9silient et \u00e9quitable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'influence et \u00e0 l'action des jeunes leaders.<\/span><\/p>\n

Depuis 2021, nous avons:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • mis en \u0153uvre 4 cycles de financement totalisant une somme de 625 600 $ pour 31 organisations dirig\u00e9es par des jeunes dans 6 provinces diff\u00e9rentes<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Soutenu la mobilisation d'un montant suppl\u00e9mentaire de 1,8 million de dollars pour le mouvement climatique<\/span><\/li>\n
  • introduit deux services de soutien, <\/span>Accompagnement de marque<\/span><\/i> et le <\/span>Espace Climat<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • organis\u00e9 deux projets parall\u00e8les, <\/span>dont le Refuge<\/span><\/i>en partenariat avec le Youth Climate Lab, qui s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 la COP15, et une session adapt\u00e9e aux jeunes \u00e0 GLOBE x CHANGE <\/span>sur la d\u00e9mystification du financement,<\/span><\/i> en collaboration avec Leading Change<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00e9labor\u00e9 diverses publications internes et externes, telles que notre guide de <\/span>Guide sur l\u2019engagement communautaire entre pairs<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n
  • \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sents dans plusieurs m\u00e9dias et avons pris la parole \u00e0 de multiples reprises pour d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats des jeunes dans le mouvement pour le climat<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In September, FES was at New York Climate Week. The first of three blog posts sharing Kat\u2019s (Executive Director) and Jess\u2019 (Program Director) experience and reflections at the People\u2019s March, and what it was like being with over 75,000 people on the ground, advocating for climate action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
