Reporting directly to both managers, the Resource Coordinator will primarily be responsible for supporting external partners and internal partners with developing resources and fostering connections across the sector for the success of The Youth Harbour\u2019s various projects. The Resource Coordinator will perform research, outreach, partnership management and content development, while also handling some administrative tasks as necessary. The main tasks of this role include outreach to participants, researching and gathering resources for the network, document and material development, and being a point of contact for grantees and partners. The Resource Coordinator will be responsible for prospecting key partners for youth leaders and matching youth leaders with relevant mentors and support partners. The Resource Coordinator has a unique opportunity to be in a position to respond directly to the needs of youth in this sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Resource Coordinator will work directly with the Partnerships & Development Manager and the Program & Grants Manager to assess the needs of youth within the Youth Harbour program and align material development and resource support with program objectives.
